Body Compass 1:1 Sessions
Gentle, trauma-informed 1:1 support to help you regulate your nervous system, process what’s been holding you back, and come home to yourself.
Body Compass sessions are personalised, integrative sessions designed for high-achieving women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected due to anxiety, chronic stress, pain, fatigue, or long-held patterns that no longer serve them.
Is this for you?
Body Compass sessions may be supportive if:
- you feel caught in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity
- your body holds tension, pain, or fatigue that hasn’t resolved
- you notice unhelpful habits or patterns you can’t “think” your way out of
- past stress or experiences still affect how you feel today
- you’re ready to stop pushing through and start listening to your body
You don’t need to have the right words — we work at the pace your nervous system allows.
What happens in a Body Compass session?
Each session is guided by what your body and nervous system need on the day.
The primary focus is Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) — a gentle, evidence-informed approach that helps the nervous system release stored stress and reprocess past experiences safely.
Alongside EFT, sessions may include:
- breathwork to support regulation and grounding
- gentle movement or stretching
- somatic awareness and body-based tracking
- grounding practices to build safety and stability
We work together to:
- process past stress or experiences held in the body
- address unhelpful habits, patterns, or reactions
- identify core issues and limiting beliefs
- strengthen your capacity for regulation and self-trust
Nothing is forced, and nothing is rushed.
How EFT supports nervous-system regulation
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), sometimes known as tapping, is a gentle, body-based approach that supports the nervous system to release stored stress and respond differently to past experiences.
In a Body Compass session, EFT is used to:
- help the body feel safer in the present moment
- reduce the emotional charge around past stress or difficult experiences
- interrupt unhelpful patterns, habits, and reactions
- create space for new perspectives and beliefs to emerge naturally
Rather than talking about what’s happened, EFT works with the body’s responses in real time. This allows change to happen without needing to relive or re-traumatise past experiences.
EFT is always guided at a pace your nervous system can tolerate. You remain present, resourced, and in control throughout.
A trauma-informed approach
This work is not about reliving trauma or “fixing” yourself.
It’s about creating enough safety in the nervous system for change to happen naturally. We go slowly, follow your cues, and prioritise regulation over insight alone.

Between-Session Support
Where helpful, I may suggest gentle practices to support integration between sessions, such as:
- yoga nidra recordings
- somatic or body-based meditations
- simple nervous-system practices
These are always optional and designed to support — not overwhelm.
A gentle note on readiness
You don’t need to be “ready to heal” or have everything worked out.
Curiosity, willingness, and self-compassion are enough.
If you’re feeling called to listen more deeply to your body, I’d love to support you.
