Through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, and somatic awareness, I support high-achieving women to regulate their nervous system and feel like themselves again.

Together, I guide you to listen to your body and understand what it’s communicating. In doing so, we gently bring your nervous system back into balance — helping you find your calm and come home to yourself.

Using EFT (tapping), yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork, and somatic practices, you’ll learn how to:

  • release stress held in the body
  • calm an overactive nervous system
  • restore energy and mental clarity
  • reconnect with your inner compass
  • feel grounded, centred, and at home in your body

This work is about un-learning the habit of pushing through — and re-learning how to listen.

I’m the founder of Body Compass.
I support high-achieving women to regulate their nervous system, restore resilience, and move forward with calm, clarity, and confidence.

I know what it’s like to push through stress until your body says “no.”
My own journey with anxiety, fatigue, insomnia and chronic pain taught me that healing only happens when we tune into the wisdom of our bodies and really listen what they’re trying to say.

Now I support women in finding their way home to themselves through gentle, powerful mind–body practices.
